1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Character Sheet Portrait (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
The Service is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate character portraits from uploaded character sheet images. The Service is provided "as is" and we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the consequences of sharing it.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the character sheets you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the image generation service to you. You are free to use the generated images for any personal, non-commercial purpose.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Character Sheet Portrait and its suppliers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Character Sheet Portrait shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
